WHO WE ARE
Vickery is based in Fort Worth, Texas and was founded in 2024 by Quantum Capital Group (“Quantum”) and members of management following their successful acquisition, development, and divestiture of companies across upstream, midstream, and minerals in Appalachia in 2023. PRESIDENT | CEO
Sean Willis is President & Chief Executive Officer and Director for Vickery Energy. Prior to joining Vickery, Sean was President & Chief Operating Officer at Tug Hill. Sean has also held a variety of positions at Marathon Oil Corporation and Hess Corporation and has experience in new ventures, business development, asset development, M&A, and operations for both public and private E&P, midstream, and mineral and royalty companies. Sean holds B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Rice University. Sean lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife and two children.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Daniel Rowe is Chief Financial Officer and Director for Vickery Energy. Prior to joining Vickery, Daniel was Chief Financial Officer at Tug Hill. Daniel has also held a variety of positions at Sandridge Energy, American Energy Partners and Devon Energy and has experience in corporate finance, business development, M&A, risk management, accounting, tax, investor relations and treasury for both public and private E&P, midstream, and mineral and royalty companies. Daniel holds undergraduate degrees in accounting and finance and an MBA, both from the University of Oklahoma.
DAVE BUCHANAN
SR VICE PRESIDENT - LAND
Dave Buchanan is Senior Vice President – Land for Vickery Energy. Prior to joining Vickery, Dave was Vice President – Land at Tug Hill. Dave has also held a variety of positions at Dale Operating Company and has experience in all facets of land development including lease and mineral acquisition, rig line development and third-party transactions. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas. Dave and his wife are actively involved in their local schools and church, and they enjoy spending time with their three daughters.

Sean Gasser is Senior Vice President – Operations for Vickery Energy. Prior to joining Vickery, Sean was Vice President of Operations at Tug Hill. Sean has also held a variety of positions at Oasis Petroleum and Merit Energy Company. He leverages experience across all facets of operations, asset management, field development, M&A, and asset evaluation for both public and private E&P, midstream, and mineral and royalty companies. Sean holds a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University. Sean lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife and three children.

SR VICE PRESIDENT - PRODUCTION
Chad Grinnell is Senior Vice President – Production for Vickery Energy. Prior to joining Vickery, Chad was Vice President, Production at Tug Hill. Chad has also held a variety of engineering and operations positions at Atlas Energy and Chesapeake Energy. Prior to his career move into the energy sector, Chad has extensive experience in the civil engineering industry and is a licensed professional engineer in Texas. Chad holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a M.E. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. Chad lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife and two children.
CLAYTON FERGUSON
VICE PRESIDENT - BUSINESS PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT
Clayton Ferguson is Vice President – Business Planning and Development for Vickery Energy. Prior to joining Vickery, Clayton was Director, Asset Development at Tug Hill. Clayton has also held a variety of positions at Stone Energy Corp, Triana Energy, CDX Gas, and Matriks Energy and has experience in asset development, strategic planning, business development, regulatory, and construction planning roles for both public and private E&P and midstream companies. Clayton holds undergraduate degrees from both Shawnee State University’s College of Professional Studies – Engineering Technology School and Marshall University; and holds his MBA from Marshall University’s Lewis College of Business.
RHONDA SIFFORD
DIRECTOR - ACCOUNTING
Rhonda Sifford is Director – Accounting, Treasury & Tax for Vickery Energy. Prior to joining Vickery, Rhonda was Vice President of Accounting & Tax at Tug Hill. Rhonda has also held a variety of positions at Devon Energy and Halliburton Energy Services and has experience in financial accounting & reporting, tax, system conversions and treasury for both public and private E&P, midstream, energy services, and mineral and royalty companies. Rhonda holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting, both from the University of Oklahoma. Rhonda is also a certified public accountant.

VICE PRESIDENT - MARKETING
Sean DePriest is the Vice President – Marketing and Midstream at Vickery Energy. Prior to joining Vickery, Sean served as Principal, Origination at EQT, focusing on originating physical natural gas deals. Prior to joining EQT, Sean served as the Director of Marketing at Tug Hill. Sean has also held a variety of commercial positions at Chesapeake Energy, XcL Midstream and South Jersey Resources Group and has extensive marketing and midstream experience, including negotiating complex gathering and processing agreements, gas and liquids trading and scheduling, hedging and risk management, and midstream business development. Sean holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Texas Tech University. Sean lives in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife and two children.
